What the heck drives a 12-year-old kid when going 50km in one day? When I think 40 years back I feel happy, proud and a little warm inside. There have been several other occasions where you probably would say that it’s not quite normal. For example running to Paris, on roller skates. Or a 47km open water swim, which is not something you simply just do – it requires you can swim, has stamina, and that you live it out.

Getting the idea is one thing, to execute – that’s something else, and sometimes a little crazy. Striving to get right out there where you don’t know whether you make it or break t. It it’s not the objective, but it’s sometimes the result.

I’ve been navigating the forefront of technology, innovation and design since the early 90’s -as an entrepreneur, consultant, CEO, board member and Chairman.

Since the very beginning I’ve been working in the intersection between tech., design, people & business, working on unfolding facts and figures – In different constellations – creating sense. In recent years I have challenged the limits in large companies – both in the public – as well in the private sector. I’ve been lucky – it has given me a broad perspective on how business is managed and organized, but also the potentials and struggles when it comes to coping with challenges of the 21. Century.

I’ve been growing companies from 0-60 people, been in charge of a successful merger, created new business platforms for clients, being the lead facilitator of change, educating young people as well of C-level managers about social media and digital transformation and disruption. What a treat.
